Nonprofit Discounts
Most online tools and software companies offer discounts and special pricing to nonprofits. Take advantage of these discounts, special deals, and donated software to save resources and invest more in your mission. While free versions exist, they often have limited features that won't meet your needs as you scale and grow.
Typical Requirements
These are the usual information and requirements you'll need to prepare before applying for nonprofit discounts:
- Registered organization name
- Organization URL
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter
- Sometimes requested:

- Organizational bylaws
For Fiscally Sponsored Projects
If you are a fiscally sponsored project, be aware that some platforms do not offer discounts to sponsored projects or may not consider them eligible. The application process may also vary depending on the platform:

- Others allow sponsored projects to apply directly using their project name
- You may want to check with your fiscal sponsor before applying to understand their process and requirements
- Additional documentation may be needed:
