# Sponsored Worker Policy (UK)

## About This Policy
This policy is to ensure the organization and any Sponsored Worker are in compliance with all applicable UK laws, statutes, rules, and requirements. 

This policy is for maintaining the compliance of a current UK sponsored Worker.

## Who Needs This Policy
Any organization in the UK with active sponsored workers or who has had any sponsored workers in the last two years.
