SparkWell project leads who have been notified of a grant recommendation or a grant award and want to know what to do next.
Getting a grant recommendation or a grant award is good news, but a few things work differently for a fiscally sponsored project than they would for an independent nonprofit. As a participant of our SparkWell Program, your project is not yet a separate legal entity, so Anti Entropy is the actual grant recipient. A short set of steps needs to happen before the funds are usable.

- Common Funders of SparkWell Projects is an index that provides funder-specific details. Some funders use their own portals, payment platforms, or paperwork that are worth knowing about ahead of time. This is an evolving resource that Anti Entropy is actively building.

We always recommend you start with our general guidance article. The steps listed apply to every grant, regardless of size or source. Next, check whether your funder appears in the common funders section for anything specific to that funder's process.
The common funders section will grow as SparkWell projects work with new funders. If your funder is not covered yet, the general guidance is your best resource. Your Program Manager can help with anything funder-specific.
