## About This Policy

A general travel policy directs how employees should obtain approval, book, and expense travel or entertainment for business purposes.

## Who Needs This Policy

Any organization with employees that travel at the company's expense. Travel policies aid in reducing expenses and cutting business costs by providing clear guidelines.

          
          

This policy is very lengthy and covers a diversity of travel situations and modes of transportation. Most organizations do not need every section listed within this policy. It advised you add or delete sections based on your organization's needs.
