A general whistleblowing policy addresses how to raise a concern, confidentiality, and protection and support for whistleblowers.

## Who Needs This Policy

Any organization that wants to reassure employees that misconduct and wrongdoing are reported and employees' confidentiality is kept safe when raising any concerns of misconduct or during an investigation.
