About This Policy
This is a simple unlimited vacation or holiday policy. It basically says you can take as many days as you want as long as you are doing a good job and gettting your work done.
Who Needs This Policy
Even though an organization has an unlimited leave policy, it is still important to have documented what would be considered abusing the policy.
Sponsored Worker or Visa Employees
Note that if you have Visa or Sponsored Workers, even with an unlimited leave policy, for visa requirements you may still need an absence policy. And you will very likely need to track/log Sponsored Worker days off.
